My client is one of the world?s largest providers of IT and communication services and they are currently outshining their competitors by continuing to win business and grow from strength to strength. With double the growth in the last year as the world?s largest service provider, it won?t be long before this organisation is leading the way in the industry. To support this growth my client needs passionate, customer focused individuals to share in their success.
Due to this success in securing enterprise-scale contracts with some of the UK?s most prestigious clients, they currently have several openings for ITIL Service Designers and Architects be based from home but traveling to various customer sites across the South.
Joining this organisation?s dedicated Enterprise and Service Management practice, you will be required to work with their Technical experts in order to design and deliver Enterprise Management Solutions according to ITIL best practice. Your role will include working with the customer to analyse their requirements in order to produce a high level design from a Service and Process perspective, to include incident and problem management, as well as change control when implementing the solution. These roles involve heavy customer relationship management as such you will have a solid background in consultancy focused roles. With at least 10 years industry experience (the latter 4 of which will be in a service design environment), ideal candidates will have a proven track record in the design of large scale services, in particular service desks. You must also be ITIL accredited to foundation level as a minimum and will have a working knowledge of Enterprise * Asset Management tools and technologies (e.g. CA Unicentre, BMC Patrol, SMS, MOM, Tivoli, etc).
